Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the legal relations between Beyond Group s.r.o., Pavla Beneše 750/12, 199 00 Praha 9, Company ID 09842888 (the "Supplier"), and the customer (the "Client").

The scope includes delivery of IT services and products as per order/contract.

The contract is concluded by the Client accepting the Supplier’s offer.

• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
• In case of delay, statutory interest may apply and work may be suspended.

• Timelines depend on the Client’s cooperation.
• The Client provides timely and complete inputs.

• IP rights remain with the Supplier until full payment.
• After payment, a non-exclusive license is granted as per the contract.

• 3-month warranty for defects caused by the Supplier.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Both parties shall protect confidential information.

Possible by agreement or withdrawal for material breach.

Primarily amicably; otherwise courts in Prague.

These Terms take effect upon publication on the website.
